| Qualification Requirements: | • High School Diploma or GED equivalent; entry-level computer skills and strong oral and written communication skills in English and preferably in Chinese and Korean languages. Be at least 18 years of age and able to travel to work locations as needed. Previous customer service experience preferred. Must be able to lift bags or items weighing up to 70 pounds. Must be able to work a fixed and/or rotating schedule including evenings, early mornings, weekends and holidays. Candidates must pass a post offer pre-employment drug test and an extensive pre-employment background check, including finger printing and criminal history record check required by Federal law. |
