Job Title: Head of Marketing Services
Job Duties: Manage daily administrative and management duties of the department. Schedule and manage daily routines of all direct staffs of the department. Work together with colleagues to take responsibility for the development and deployment of an effective, skilled and competent team of staff. Identify, develop, implement, manage and coordinate the development of all programs to enhance profitability and reduce costs. Define long-term organizational strategic goals, builds key customer relationships Identify business opportunities, negotiates and closes business deals and maintains extensive knowledge of current market conditions. Work with the internal team, marketing staff, and other managers to increase sales opportunities and thereby maximize revenue for their organization. Find potential new customers, ultimately convert them into clients by contacting and entertaining them, promote and sell the attributes of the facilities and areas to ensure future business growth in the future. Manage existing clients and handle special needs of clients and ensure they stay satisfied and positive. Foster creations of customer development culture throughout the casino through strategic efforts and teamwork.

Qualification Requirements: Proven ability to work remotely and independently. Must have a minimum of 2 to 3 years’ casino marketing experience; Previous marketing management experience is an advantage. High school graduate with good communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office. Ability to speak and write Mandarin, Japanese and/or Korean is an advantage. Able to work on flexible shifts including overnight, weekends and holidays on rotation basis.
