Job Title: Vice President - Player Club Services
Job Duties: Vice President - Player Club Services is responsible for the overall supervision of the Player Development section and develop and maintain relationships with Casino Customers.
High School Diploma Required? Undetermined
Qualification Requirements: Must have one or two years working experience in marketing and/or casino marketing field, preferably worked in casino resort. Diploma or Bachelor degree holder in Marketing or Business Administration. Ability to speak Chinese, Japanese and/or Korean are highly preferred. Proficiency in MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint required. Ability to appropriately manage confidential departmental and corporate information. Ability to work in a fast-paced, busy, and stressful environment and maintain physical stamina, proper mental attitude while dealing effectively with guests, management, team members, and outside contacts while working under pressure and meeting deadlines. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. Prior experience with casino Player Management System required, experience with Player Management System preferred. Maintain a positive attitude toward work and interface with guests in a friendly and polite manner. Ability to address stressful situations with clients with dignity and the utmost tact and politeness. Must be able to work with others, communicate well and receive direction when needed to achieve department goals and objectives. Ability to demonstrate a high level of service delivery-to do what is necessary to ensure customer satisfaction, deal with service failures and prioritize customer or client needs.
