Job Title: Vice President - Player Club Services
Job Duties: Overall supervision of player tracking, promotions, travel & tourism, player acquisition and retention, and growth of casino customers. Responsible over improvement of membership, reservation, events and gaming databases. Consistently evaluates casino customer profitability. Consistently performs competitive analysis of other gaming properties. Works closely with other departments to monitor customer profitability, budget vs. actual results, and comp levels in hotel, food, and beverage. Lead the strategic team in forecast, execute and monitor gaming revenue and EBITDA through strategic opportunities and designing of marketing programs. Initiates revenue recovery program when needed with regards to hosts and marketing efforts. Works closely with Gaming Operations to facilitate service. Participates in Telemarketing: Focuses on driving PDR productivity through managing outbound calls with regards to theoretical production, trips booked, new customer development, profitability, and event contribution. Work closely with other departments in the coordinating, planning and execution of monthly, quarterly or yearly promotions. Initiate player recruitment programs/promotions/events to encourage usage of the players club card. Give presentations on behalf of the casino marketing promotions/events to interest groups and associations. Use marketing tools such as direct mail, telemarketing, establishing new on site and off site special events to draw in potential customers. Sets and maintains high standards of service and practices throughout the property. Maintains positive working environment, accountability and performance effectiveness. Possess a working knowledge of all department and company policies and procedures and Rules of Conduct and must enforce the same. Create a work environment that promotes teamwork, performance feedback, recognition, mutual respect and employee satisfaction. Qualification Requirements: Must have one or two years working experience in marketing and/or casino marketing field, preferably worked in casino resort. Diploma or Bachelor degree holder in Marketing or Business Administration. Ability to speak Chinese, Japanese and/or Korean are highly preferred. Proficiency in MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint required. Ability to appropriately manage confidential departmental and corporate information. Ability to work in a fast-paced, busy, and stressful environment and maintain physical stamina, proper mental attitude while dealing effectively with guests, management, team members, and outside contacts while working under pressure and meeting deadlines. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. Prior experience with casino Player Management System required, experience with Player Management System preferred. Maintain a positive attitude toward work and interface with guests in a friendly and polite manner. Ability to address stressful situations with clients with dignity and the utmost tact and politeness. Must be able to work with others, communicate well and receive direction when needed to achieve department goals and objectives. Ability to demonstrate a high level of service delivery-to do what is necessary to ensure customer satisfaction, deal with service failures and prioritize customer or client needs.
