| Job Duties: | To monitor and coordinate the daily business operation activities; prepares business daily change fund; perform merchandise inventory before and after business hours; display and suggest merchandise that meet customer needs; greet and attend to customers; submits daily sales reports; secure the shop before and after business hours; Must be knowledgeable in cooking apigigi, empanada and other local snacks and baking of pastries including buko-pie. Scrub and polish counters, tables, and other equipments; clean glasses, dishes, and fountain equipments; Serve food, beverages, or desserts to customers. Replenish foods at serving stations. Preparing ice cream and slush dishes using standard formulas & following directions. Prepare bills for food, using calculators and accept payment or make change. Perform other related duties as maybe required or assigned. |
