| Job Duties: | Develop a culture that promotes and maintains a high level of morale amongst the team, and develops positive working relationships with all related departments. Build an environment where staff have the opportunity to develop personally and professionally, to foster a harmonious workplace and ensure that they are recognized for their consistent contribution towards attaining departmental and company goals. Treat all staff with respect and fairly. To ensure absenteeism and staff turnover are maintained at a reasonable level. To effectively manage staff counseling and disciplinary action in accordance with company Policies & Procedures and departmental Performance Standards. Maximize the productivity of technicians and other contractors ensuring that all repairs configurations/installations and maintenance are completed in a timely manner with minimal down time and disruption. Assist in the management and control of spare parts, repairable items and consumables for Slot Machines and Table Games equipment. Develop a sound working relationship to enhance dealings with manufacturers/external suppliers ensuring maximum service to the company. Inspect and test new software, hardware and Slot Machines for use at the casino. To report new faults and other relevant information to manufacturers as required. To promote the importance of positive customer relations. To ensure a safe and clean environment for casino customers To actively manage staff to ensure a high standard of service is delivered in line with departmental Service Standards. |

| Qualification Requirements: | High school graduate or equivalent. Certificate in Electronics/Electrical or engineering is desired. A minimum of one (1) year in a supervisory role and one or two years working knowledge of the various types of slot machines, and other EG and table related equipment. Good interpersonal and Communication skills. Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; develops alternative solutions and uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics. Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism; treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position. Knowledge of and ability to appropriately interpret and follow policies and procedures. Knowledge of and ability to adhere to safety and security procedures; reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and materials properly. Ability to present and express ideas and information clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to audience, whether oral or written. Ability to meet the demands of the work schedule, to be at work and on time. May occasionally require the ability to work outside of regularly scheduled hours. Schedules may vary based on business need. Must be able to work independently or with a team. Proficient computer skills including e-mail, word processing (Microsoft Word), spreadsheet (Microsoft Excel), database, PowerPoint, presentation and organizational/project planning software applications and Interaction. Have knowledge of installation and maintenance of gaming machines, table games Knowledge of installation and maintenance of gaming machines, table games equipment, jackpot links and gaming management systems. A fundamental knowledge of electronics and the ability to trouble shoot and repair integrated circuits, repair, computers, and EG related equipment is highly desired. Knowledge of electronic casino table auxiliary equipment and player tracking system is highly regarded. Computer Skill: To have knowledge of gaming management system will be an added advantage. Customer interaction: Must present a well groomed appearance. Team Work: To be able to get along well with co-workers and work as a team. Flexible schedule: To be able to work any day of the week and any shift. Other requirements: Able to read and interpret schematics, electric circuitry and blueprints. Able to train technicians on all electronic gaming related equipments. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as policy procedure manuals, and other related documents. Able to communicate effectively in English (Written/Spoken). |
