Job Title: Electronic Gaming Technical Senior Technician
Job Duties: Perform ongoing preventative maintenance to ensure the serviceability of all EG Machines and Table Games equipment, as well as the upkeep of their repair records. Maintain equipment to approved standard and schedules. Perform Slot Machine and Table Games related gaming emergency repairs and other maintenance activities in accordance with manufacture guidelines and departmental procedures. Inspect all new machines and conversions kits prior to installation onto the gaming floor. Perform Slot Machine and Table Games related equipment moves, installation and reconfigurations to the gaming floor. Ensure smooth and efficient operations by continually liaising with Gaming departments, and senior management regarding all aspects of the technical operations. Report new faults and other relevant information to Senior Management as required. Assist in the management and control of spare parts, repairable items and consumables for Slot Machines and Table Gaming equipment. Contribute, supervise and act in accordance with Departmental policies and procedures. Ensure at all times the regulations/requirements are followed. Perform all other duties in support of the department’s objectives as directed.

Qualification Requirements: High school graduate or equivalent. Certificate in Electronics/Electrical or engineering is desired A minimum one or two years working knowledge of the various types of slot machines and table related equipment. Good interpersonal and Communication skills. Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; develops alternative solutions and uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics. Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism; treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position. Knowledge of and ability to appropriately interpret and follow policies and procedures. Knowledge of and ability to adhere to safety and security procedures; reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and materials properly. Ability to present and express ideas and information clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to audience, whether oral or written. Ability to meet the demands of the work schedule, to be at work and on time. May occasionally require the ability to work outside of regularly scheduled hours. Schedules may vary based on business need. Must be able to work independently or with a team. Proficient computer skills including e-mail, word processing (Microsoft Word), spreadsheet (Microsoft Excel), database, PowerPoint, presentation and organizational/project planning software applications and Interaction. Have knowledge of installation and maintenance of gaming machines, table games equipment, links and gaming management systems. To have fundamental knowledge of electronics and have the ability to trouble shoot and repair integrated circuits, repair, computers, and slot related equipment is highly desired. To have knowledge of electronic casino slot & table auxiliary equipment is highly regarded. Computer skill: Knowledge of gaming management system will be an added advantage. Customer interaction: Must present a well groomed appearance. Team work: To be able to get along well with co-workers and work as a team. Flexible schedule: Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift. Other requirements: Able to read and interpret schematics, electric circuitry and blueprints. Able to train technicians on all electronic gaming related equipment. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as policy procedure manuals, and other related documents. Able to communicate effectively in English (Written/Spoken).
