| Job Title: | Purchasing Clerk |
| Job Duties: | Responsible for providing administrative assistance to the Purchasing Manager including preparation of Purchase Orders (PO), handling inquiries about the orders and verifying / coordinating the ordered products with suppliers or vendors.Assists in placing orders with vendors and ensures that documentation is complete and accurate. Prepares PO and handles submissions of POs to appropriate vendor(s). Performs data entry and clerical assistance. Assists in conferring with suppliers regarding late deliveries, defective or unacceptable goods. Assists in compiling, sorting and scanning documents for completed orders and submits pertinent documents to Accounting department for processing of payments. Maintains filing system and updates vendors’ records as required. Liaises with other department on matters relating to purchasing of goods and supplies. Runs errands as needed. Executes customs clearing of incoming order shipments. Assists in performing monthly inventory count procedures as closely coordinated with Receiving section and as requested by the Cost Controller and Purchasing Manager. Performs other related duties as assigned. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Minimum of one (1) year of administrative and clerical related work experience, preferably in Purchasing or Procurement in a hotel setting. Preferred experience in Custom clearance process. Job requires a valid CNMI Driver’s License. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Excel). Must be able to lift minimum of 50 pounds. Experience using MAS90 is preferred. Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. |
