| Job Duties: | Present menus to patrons and answer questions about menu items, making recommendations upon request. Take orders from patrons for food or beverages. Write patrons' food orders on order slips, memorize orders, or enter orders into computers for transmittal to kitchen staff. Serve food or beverages to patrons. Prepare beverages for patrons. Prepare checks that itemize and total meal costs. Check patrons' identification to ensure that they meet minimum age requirements for consumption of alcoholic beverages. Check with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems. Collect payments from customers. Clean tables or counters after patrons have finished dining. Other related duties as assigned. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Must have a High School Diploma, Little or no previous work-related skill, knowledge, or experience is needed for these occupations. For example, a person can become a waiter or waitress even if he/she has never worked before. Must have reliable transportation, and be able to work nights and weekends. Must have a friendly and approachable personality. A fair understanding of the Korean and Japanese languages is preferred. Successful candidates will be required to obtain a Food Handler's certificate. |
