Job Title: Front Desk Clerk (Golf)
Job Duties: • Verify customer identification and vouchers for golf play assessment. • Answer inquiries pertaining to golf services. • Compute charges, collect payments using golf course point of sale system. • Issue golf starter kit and direct the player’s to the designated department, pro-shop cart attendants. • Record customer’s comments, complaints, suggestion and refer them to the supervisor when necessary. • Contact golf cart attendants when guests report problems. • Ensure each guests receives an exceptional welcome upon arrival and departure at the golf course and hotel. • Provide efficient check-in and check-out process for the golf customer. • Post all transactions ensure that all rates are kept up to date and accurate. • Register advance reservations, special requirements and booking of tee time. • Manage customer messages and inquiries in an efficient manner. • Ensure guests reservations and profiles are correct. • Communicate with tour agents if necessary. • Prepare and remit daily sales reports to supervisor. • Perform other task as determined and assigned by the Front Desk Supervisor.
High School Diploma Required? Undetermined
Qualification Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent. At least six months to a year of related work experience in the hotel and golf course industry. Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services including handling large group of arrivals. Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive attitude, professional, neat and well groomed at all times. Acquired hospitality program and be able to speak additional languages is preferred but not required. Physically capable to lift at least 50lbs and have a valid driver's CNMI license. Ability to speak, read and write Japanese, Mandarin or Korean languages is an advantage. Be able to stand for prolonged period of time, a "People Person" and must possess a friendly and good manners. Knowledge in the game of game of golf preferred but not required. Willing to work in flexible shifts, days, evening, weekends and holidays.
