| Job Duties: | Installation, maintenance and repair electrical wiring, equipment and fixture for all the relevant ELV systems involved in the project, and ensure that work is in accordance with relevant codes. Installation, configuration, testing and commissioning for the uninterruptible power supply system for all the server rooms and data centers. Plan layout and installation of electrical wiring, equipment and fixture based on job specifications and local codes. Test electrical system or continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment or fixtures using testing or measuring devices ohmmeter or voltmeter to ensure compatibility and safety of system. Inspection of electrical systems, equipment or components to identify hazards, defects, or the need for adjustment or repair, and to ensure compliance with relevant codes. Co-operate with pipe layers, other installers and technicians, to ensure relevant installation of electrical systems fit to the technical and functional needs, in terms of both technical aspects and installation schedule. Inspect, observe, foresee, and prevent conflicts with other cabling and electrical systems from other partners/sub-contractors involved in the project, report to superior and negotiate/co-ordinate with other partners/sub-contractors directly onsite when necessary. |

| Qualification Requirements: | High school diploma or equivalent apprenticeship, related on the job experience. Minimum of one or two years working experiences as an electrician. Special Operation Certificate for Electrician is required. Knowledge of materials, and methods involved in the construction of houses, buildings. Knowledge of advanced electrical skills, familiar with the function, structure, principle, performance, operation and maintenance of the power and electrical equipment within responsible area. Ability to follow engineering instructions and diagram, rules and regulations. Ability to read and understand precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models. Ability to understand relevant terminology in Chinese is preferred; Ability of oral Chinese speaking is a plus. Willing to follow instructions and orders from superiors; Willing to work closely with other colleagues, especially with Chinese colleagues; Must have a good team work spirits. Must be physically fit and able to work in shifts. |
