| Job Title: | Firstline Supervisors of Electricians, Technicians, Installers |
| Job Duties: | Manage, co-ordinate and supervise teams of electricians, technicians, installers onsite, and any other subcontractors which are involved in the project, and to ensure the project to be delivered to meet the agreed specifications and within the agreed time scale. Arrange, inventory, maintenance of equipment which are provided by the company or client for teams of electricians, technicians, installers to complete different ELV packages according to their assigned tasks. Setup, configuration, programming and commissioning of hardware and software for the backend/backbone of telecommunication and computer network systems involved in the project. Inspection and testing of piping and cable tray systems, telecommunication and computer network components, hardware and cabling, to identify hazards, defects, or the need for adjustment or repair, and to ensure compliance with relevant codes. Clocking and time management of teams of electricians, technicians, installers. Report to project manager, and responsible for co-ordinations with the client and/or his representative and with other contractors on the site. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Associate's degree, relevant moderate-term on-the-job training. Minimum of 5 years working experiences as a first line supervisor. Knowledge and hand-on experiences of design, setup, installation, configuration and maintenance to all the ELV systems involved in the project. Knowledge of project management and supervision skills. Knowledge of time management and organization skills. Knowledge of computer software, such as Microsoft office. Knowledge of design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD. Ability of analytical thinking and complex problem solving. Ability of decision making and leadership. Ability to understand relevant terminology in Chinese is preferred; Ability of oral Chinese speaking is a plus. Ability to work with multiple discipline projects. Ability to communicate technical knowledge in a clear and understandable manner. Must be physically fit and able to work in shifts. |
