Job Duties: Instructs students individually or in groups following adapted curriculum and using other teaching methods such as lectures, discussions, and demonstration; enforces school policies and rules on behavior and procedures for maintaining order among the students for whom they are responsible; observes and evaluates students' performance, behavior, social development, and physical health; meets with parents or guardians to discuss their children's progress and to determine priorities for their children and their resource needs. Conducts after-school activities.

Qualification Requirements: Preferably currently employed as a preschool, kindergarten or elementary teacher with minimum of two(2) years work experience with ABeka curriculum. Must be a holder of Bachelor's Degree in Early Education or Elementary or Secondary Education; holds a current CPR certification. Non-smoker and not betel nut user. Willing to work less than 30 hours a week when school financial condition requires a cost cutting measure. Wage rate depending on qualification and work experience.

Comments: A good percentage of students at Green Meadow School are receiving federal financial or subsidy for cost of childcare services. On top of school's hiring policy on educational, work experience and special training requirements, for receiving federal money for rendered services places the school under close and strict regulations by the CNMI DCCA Licensing Program and Child Care Development Fund.
