| Comments: | Some of the children cared at SBR Ent. Inc. dba Green Meadow Daycare are receiving federal financial or subsidy for cost of childcare services. On top of center's hiring policy on educational, work experience and special training requirements, for receiving federal money for rendered services places the daycare center is under close and strict regulations by the CNMI DCCA Licensing Program and Child Care Development Fund. These regulatory requirements on qualifications of teachers who also serve as after-school service providers include 80 hours of compulsory training on early childhood care, training on health and safety, emergency preparedness, police clearance, food handler certificate, and a host of other requirements to teacher must possess.
