| Job Duties: | Responsible for self-examination of engineering quality. Give the construction quality inspection with the supervision. Before the project began, give the workers technical tests. Collect the quality data of the project to monitor the construction site. Build project quality files. Give quality inspection of construction according to the quality standards. Supervise the rework, rectification of substandard parts. Participate in project quality meeting to analyze the causes and results of quality accident. Give quality and safety education for workers. Supervise the workers to decorate according to design drawings, construction specifications and construction procedures. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Bachelor’s degree preferred, preferably in Business management or related field, or equivalent work experience of Quality Assurance management or high school diploma with 5 years or more experience in project management. Proficient at identifying design drawings. Quality inspection, auditing and testing experience. Experience with implementation of corrective action programs. Product or industry-specific experience. Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and databases. Knowledge of tools, concepts and methodologies of Quality Assurance. Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements. |
