| Job Duties: | 1. Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety or sanitation standards. 2. Provide technical advice to industrial or managerial personnel regarding design, construction, or program modifications or structural repairs. 3. Manage and direct the construction, operations, or maintenance activities at project site. 4. Direct or participate in surveying to lay out installations or establish reference points, grades, or elevations to guide construction. 5. Estimate quantities and cost of materials, equipment, or labor to determine project feasibility. 6. Prepare or present construction progress reports, bid proposals and contract documentations. 7. Direct, review, or approve project design changes. 8. Confer with management, production to discuss project specifications or procedures. 9. Review, recommend, or approve contracts or cost estimates. 10. Develop or implement policies, standards, or procedures for engineering and technical work. 11. Draft detailed dimensional drawings and design layouts for projects and to ensure conformance to specifications. 12. Read and review project blueprints and structural specifications to determine dimensions of structure or system and material requirements. 13. Inspect project site and evaluate contractor work to detect design malfunctions and ensure conformance to design specifications and applicable codes. 14. Prepare project schedule & cash flow. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. Must have two (2) minimum experienced as Project Engineer. Proficient in Autocad 2014, MS Office, Sketchup & 3D Max. Must have a valid CNMI Driver's License. |
