| Job Title: | Executive Director - Housekeeping |
| Job Duties: | Executive Director - Housekeeping is responsible for the planning, organization, development and direction for Housekeeping and Public Area department in accordance with and federal, state, and local standards and guidelines, and as may be directed by the Vice President - Housekeeping, to assure that the highest degree of quality resident care is maintained at all times. Development a business plan for Housekeeping and Public Area and coordinate all activities to achieve the objectives. Oversee and manage the daily operations for Housekeeping and Public Area. Ensure the level of service standards and cleanliness of the property, particularly the guest rooms, meet the set standard of the company. Ensure property presentation is consistently maintained at the highest standard by managing an effective and efficient public area cleaning program. Ensure that all business OS&E and FF&E items are properly inventoried and monitored. Ensure Team Members deliver Company high standards of quality and service. Performs regular inspections of resident, ancillary, and common areas for sanitation, order, safety, and comfortable environment. Requisitions all Housekeeping supplies and equipment and maintains adequate inventory levels to provide a clean, safe and comfortable environment. Develops and maintains written policy and procedures for Housekeeping and Public Area and activities with other related units. To assist with the preparation and regular update the budget, in close cooperation with the management ensuring targets are met and costs are effectively controlled. To ensure employees have a complete understanding and comply with the rules and regulations. Ensure employees adhere to all security procedures and practices and follow grooming standards. Ensure employees have a complete understanding of rules regulations, and that behavior complies. To effectively communicate guiding principles and core values to all level of employees. Oversee department administration and paperwork. Coordinate and monitor the preparation of department operating expenses. Create departmental training plans and write operating procedures for Housekeeping and Public Area. Supervise, direct and lead the team to achieve department goals. Conduct daily briefings and disseminate Company information to the team. Hire, train, supervise, and manage Housekeeping and Public Area employees. Adhere to all Company policies and procedure. Perform duty as assigned. Multi-tasking. |

| Qualification Requirements: | At least a few months to one year working experience in the hotel industry at a management level, preferably with casino hotel experience. High School graduated or above. Degree holder or equivalent professional training is preferred. Excellent interpersonal / presentation skills are preferred. Experience in managing budgets, revenue proposals and forecasting results. Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate the team to achieve high level of performance and exceed targets. Strong organizational and planning skills. Proficiency in MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Responsible self-starter, capable of handling multi-faced projects and of working under pressure Proactive and innovative problem solver. Team player, who values teamwork, has good team building skills and is able to communicate effectively with all levels of employees. Fluent in English. Ability to speak Cantonese or Mandarin is an advantage. |
