Job Title: Table Games Training Director
Job Duties: Be the main point of contact for casino staff for questions, comments or concerns. Will be acting as a liaison between Human Resources and Casino Operations for localization strategies. Assist in any training programs including engaging with external institutions. Knowledge of CCC regulatory compliances and gaming regulations. Assist with employee training procedures relating to supervisory skills. Develop and refine training manuals and programs. Schedule annual training calendar to ensure correct skill levels of staff. Liaise with Human Resources and Work Force Planning to ensure correct staffing levels are maintained. Prepare annual training budget. Research for new training aids and methods via networking and other sources. Full understanding of Responsible Gaming guidelines. Conduct and oversee refresher training of gaming staff.

Qualification Requirements: Education: Holder of Bachelor Degree or above is required. Work Experience: Minimum one or two years in Table Games Operations with main focus on training. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Good interpersonal and Communication skills. Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; develops alternative solutions and uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism; treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position Knowledge of and ability to appropriately interpret and follow policies and procedures Knowledge of and ability to adhere to safety and security procedures; reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and materials properly Ability to present and express ideas and information clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to audience, whether oral or written Ability to meet the demands of the work schedule, to be at work and on time. May occasionally require the ability to work outside of regularly scheduled hours. Schedules may vary based on business need Must be able to work independently or with a team Proficient computer skills including e-mail, word processing (Microsoft Word), spreadsheet (Microsoft Excel), database, PowerPoint, presentation and organizational/project planning software applications and Interaction Must be flexible, with the ability to work some evenings, weekends, and holidays. Other requirement: Excellent organizational skills to function effectively under time constraints and within established deadlines. Must possess strong communication, training and effective listening abilities with strong judgment skills. Must display strong leadership qualities. Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as policy procedure manuals, and other related documents. Able to communicate effectively in English (Written/Spoken). Chinese language is an advantage.
