Job Title: Table Games Training Manager
Job Duties: Direct and supervise the training of all Best Sunshine Table Games Department employees in the execution of Table Games department policies and procedures. Identify, train and develop trainers to conduct training schools at a high and consistent level. Interview and source potential new hires. Create in-house training videos for staff. Help to build a team atmosphere with the trainers and encourage suggestions for improvement of training material and structures. Review and refine training manuals and methods in conjunction with the Assistant Director of Training. Follow up progress of trained staff on the floor. Take initiative, sets goals and functions as a role model for other team members. Research new training aids and methods for potential introduction to training courses. Meet the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to the regulatory, departmental and company policies. Perform duties as assigned, always presenting oneself as a credit to Best Sushine and encourages others to do the same. Perform other job-related duties.

Qualification Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree or above. Work Experience: Minimum of one or two years’ experience in management / training required. Must have a track record of effective and successful table games operation management and training. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Good interpersonal and Communication skills. Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; develops alternative solutions and uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism; treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position Knowledge of and ability to appropriately interpret and follow policies and procedures Knowledge of and ability to adhere to safety and security procedures; reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and materials properly Ability to present and express ideas and information clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to audience, whether oral or written Ability to meet the demands of the work schedule, to be at work and on time. May occasionally require the ability to work outside of regularly scheduled hours. Schedules may vary based on business need Must be able to work independently or with a team Computer Skill: Proficient with Microsoft Office, PowerPoint and training video production. Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as policy procedure manuals, and other related documents. Able to communicate effectively in English (Written/Spoken). Ability to communicate in Chinese will be an advantage.
