| Job Title: | Table Games Training Supervisor |
| Job Duties: | Training of Best Sunshine Table Games Department employees in the execution of Table Games department policies and procedures. Assist in the development of training manuals including the processing of training videos. Assist in the interview process of new hires. Assist in the maintenance of training equipment and maintain relevant inventory records. Carry field check of performance on the floor and plan corrective training for low performance staff. Help to build a team atmosphere where everyone is treated with dignity and respect. Help to establish open lines of communications so that employees always have a clear understanding of their job functions and the policies of Best Sunshine’s Table Games Department. Help to maintain consistent standards for performance of employees within the Table Games Department, teach employees how to adhere to these standards and establish a system for regularly reviewing adherence to these standards. Take initiative, sets goals and functions as a role model for other team members. Meet the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to the regulatory, departmental and company policies. Perform duties as assigned, always presenting oneself as a credit to Best Sunshine and encourages others to do the same. Perform other job-related duties. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Education: High school graduate or equivalent. Work Experience: Minimum a few months to one year experience in gaming industry with some training as an advantage. Be able to train at least 4 different kinds of games. Be able to cooperate with other trainers to perform mass training and adhere to standards of operations. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Must possess excellent customer service skills, interpersonal skills and communication skills. Must be able to teach these skills to their staff. Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; develops alternative solutions and uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism; treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position Knowledge of and ability to appropriately interpret and follow policies and procedures Knowledge of and ability to adhere to safety and security procedures; reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and materials properly Ability to present and express ideas and information clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to audience, whether oral or written Ability to meet the demands of the work schedule, to be at work and on time. May occasionally require the ability to work outside of regularly scheduled hours. Schedules may vary based on business need Must be able to work independently or with a team Computer Skill: Possess basic computer knowledge. Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as policy procedure manuals, and other related documents. Able to communicate effectively in English (Written/Spoken). Ability to communicate in Chinese would be an advantage. |
