| Job Title: | Logistic Service Representative |
| Job Duties: | Route inbound & outbound shipments to their destinations. Take telephone order from customers & arrange for pick-up of freight & delivery to loading platform. Assemble cargo according to destination. Weigh items & determine cost using rate book. Perform cargo pick-up & delivery services cargoes as required, ensuring that cargoes/documents reach intended location in good condition & on a timely manner. Perform cargo count and/or inspection procedures with reference to applicable documents/checklists to ensure correct quantity & condition of cargoes being received. Sign on applicable documents to acknowledge receipt, as applicable. Receive payments from cash customers, as applicable & promptly remit collections to the WOAS Account Supervisor/Oceanfreight Inbound & Outbound Coordinators. Submit related documents to the WOAS Account Supervisor upon performance of cargo pick-up/delivery activities. Perform carton labeling & cargo processing as required. Prepare pick-up/delivery peripherals such as pallets/crates, as needed. Perform de-vanning, cargo build-up & loading for delivery to intended location, as needed. Tender outbound cargo to Vessel Agents, as applicable. Stack cargoes into appropriate/assigned warehouse location, as required. Report any discrepancies in the quantity or quality of cargoes to the WOAS Account Supervisor at any stage of the job, such as receiving, storing, or issuance/delivery. Provide support in the observance of cleanliness of facility & transportation equipment being used on a daily basis. Perform daily vehicle checks, as required. Prepare reports as required. Perform other related duties as required or assigned. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Require a high school diploma and may require some vocational training or job-related course work, or an associate's or bachelor's degree. A minimum of four years of work-related skill, knowledge, or experience. KNOWLEDGE: Knowledge of principles and methods for moving people or goods by air, rail, sea, or road, including the relative costs and benefits. Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. Use of computers and computer systems (including hardware and software) to program, write software, set up functions, enter data, or process information. SKILLS: Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems. Identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions. |
