Job Title: Workforce Planning & Labor Optimization Data Analyst
Job Duties: Maintain a robust intelligence database for reporting. Generate intelligible reports with deep analysis. Collaborate with the senior team members to track actual performance and forecast on Casino Operations performance and other assigned business units. Work independent and under pressure with ad hoc analytics in a timely manner. Work with managers on developing and implement strategic projects on maximizing labor efficiency.

Qualification Requirements: Education: Associate’s Degree in related field (data-warehousing, statistical programming). Work Experience: Minimum two (2) years’ experience of Workforce Planning, Labor scheduling is desirable. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Good interpersonal and Communication skills. Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; develops alternative solutions and uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism; treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position Knowledge of and ability to appropriately interpret and follow policies and procedures Knowledge of and ability to adhere to safety and security procedures; reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and materials properly Ability to present and express ideas and information clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to audience, whether oral or written Ability to meet the demands of the work schedule, to be at work and on time. May occasionally require the ability to work outside of regularly scheduled hours. Schedules may vary based on business need Must be able to work independently or with a team Proficient computer skills including e-mail, word processing (Microsoft Word), spreadsheet (Microsoft Excel), database, PowerPoint, presentation and organizational/project planning software applications and Interaction Computer Skill: Experience using reporting tools and deep expertise in Excel. Knowledge of Virtual Roster or Mizzisoft (Easy Roster) are highly desirable. Understanding of master data management including data modeling techniques, relational databases (i.e. SAS, SQL Server), advance skills in Microsoft Excel, Access, and BI programming (VBA, SQL) and automation principles. Proven ability to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner. A thorough understanding of Table Games is strongly preferred. Ability to read, interpret work related documents such as SOP, training materials, etc. Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as policy procedure manuals, and other related documents. Able to communicate effectively in English (Written/Spoken). Chinese language will be an advantage.
