Job Title: Information Technology Clerk (Help Desk Technician)
Job Duties: We’re looking for an IT help desk technician to provide internal support for casino employees and guest. Candidates should have a mix of technical and customer service skills, and be passionate about technology and helping people. Handle Tier 1 and Tier 2 help desk escalations through support tickets or phone Follow up on outstanding requests and ensure timely resolution Create accounts and configure hardware and software. Monitor IT assets to ensure accurate inventory records Other duties may be added and/or assigned as needed

Qualification Requirements: Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Diploma and certifications in IT is preferred. Work Experience: 2 years+ experience working in a Windows/Mac environment Preferred Previous experience working in a casino environment a plus Preference will be given to candidates with training, experience or certification in IT or networking, and previous help desk experience. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Experience and knowledge with Windows OS, Mac OS Mac and PC hardware Printers, scanners, computer peripherals Mobile devices (iOS, Android) Phone systems Client PC connectivity - Ethernet, TCP/IP and VPN Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills Ability to communicate technical information, both verbal and written, to a wide range of end-users Good interpersonal and Communication skills. Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; develops alternative solutions and uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism; treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position Knowledge of and ability to appropriately interpret and follow policies and procedures Knowledge of and ability to adhere to safety and security procedures; reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and materials properly Ability to present and express ideas and information clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to audience, whether oral or written Ability to meet the demands of the work schedule, to be at work and on time. May occasionally require the ability to work outside of regularly scheduled hours.
