| Job Duties: | Applicant is responsible for maintaining an outward focus by establishing relationships with stakeholders and customer groups and will also focus on potential markets, on customer care and opportunities for funding and income generation. Supervising the management team, and delegate's assignments/duties while working to accomplish departmental goals, strategies and objectives and maximum guest satisfaction. Other responsibilities include assisting the Director in daily administrative and management duties of the department. Applicant must develop their role and contribute to the development of a sound effective management team. |
