| Job Duties: | Applicant is responsible for working directly with the Assistant Director to drive and support strategic initiatives that foster the ongoing growth and profitability of the relationship. The role will work across functions to insure consistent messaging to the client and interface with client to identify opportunities to improve business relationship and provide input in client strategy with Assistant Director. Take the necessary steps to ensure that the views of service users are sought and that these are used to review and develop best practice. Implement strategies and processes to ensure that the highest standards of customer care are maintained. Foster creations of customer development culture throughout the casino through strategic efforts and teamwork. |

Ability to speak and write in Chinese, Japanese and/or Korean is an advantage. |
