| Job Duties: | SUMMARY The role is responsible for the accurate, thoughtful and timely design and engineering support to the Construction & Engineering Department. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS • Ensures compliance of the project pursuant to the regulatory standards, approved plans and permits, including coordination with the contractor and/or developer pertaining to the project scheduled, control, standards and other issues; • Provides technical support with the designs and estimates costs/quantities for the construction of the ACG Casino Resort; • Performs a variety of engineering design, construction and maintenance related assignments as required as well as construction, cost estimating, project layout, subdivision, various plan and profile preparation, and CAD mapping/drawing; • Reviews civil plans and specifications for compliance with current construction standards as well as building compliance; • Inspects materials and workmanship in installation; • Performs precise survey work, records and maintains accurate field notes and performs engineering calculations; maintains and updates accurate maps and engineering files; • Oversees construction quality assurance; • Attends all related meetings and reports the progress status of the project to the Executive Team; • Performs all other duties as assigned. |

| Qualification Requirements: | • Bachelor or Masters of Science in Civil, Structural or Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management Architecture, or related discipline required; • Five (5) years of previous work related experience; • Experience and proficiency in AutoCAD/Civil 3D and MS Office; • Experience with large facilities construction sites is preferred; • Excellent communications skills (verbal and written); • Multilingual in the Chamorro, Chinese and/or Japanese or Korean languages is advantageous; • Must be willing to work flexible hours. • Must be able to occasionally travel (overnight/day travel). |
