Job Duties: Prepare specialty foods that usually require short preparation time.Operate cooking equipment such as grills and fryers.Measure ingredients require for food items being prepared.Read order slips, and prepare and cook according to instruction and restock workstations and display cases, verify that prepared food meets requirements for quality and quantity, clean food preparation areas, cooking surfaces and utensils.
