| Job Duties: | Offer assistance to staff to ensure guest satisfaction • Prepare monthly forecasts and maintain accurate revenue and expense figures to ensure correct forecasting. Forecast monthly and ensure the expense is under control based on the revenue. • Prepare, check and sign all invoices and requisition. Control the use of all chemicals and supplies to limit wastage • Responsible for proper running of equipment and proper amounts of chemicals. Ensure that established infection control and universal precaution practices are followed in the Laundry Department • Make rounds and inspections to ensure that laundry personnel are performing required duties, appropriate laundry procedures are being rendered, and quality control measures are continually maintained • Schedule preventive maintenance of laundry equipment • Assign schedules and duties to laundry staff • Record critical incidents and guest complaints. Discuss and provide and implement solutions • Prepare annual training plan and oversee implementation of training programs according to plan • Review daily & monthly production reports, as well as department productivity program and ensure goals are met • Ensure that equipment is always in proper working condition • Ensure safe working habits and correct storage of chemicals • Ensure cleanliness, hygiene & safety standards of all machines and equipment • Adhere to all Company policies and procedures • Report accidents, injuries, unsafe work conditions and/or security issues to supervisors • Perform other related duties as assigned |

| Qualification Requirements: | • At least 5 - 7 years working experience in the Laundry industry at a management level 2 years of which in a casino hotel • Degree holder or Diploma in related discipline • Equivalent professional training is preferred • Excellent interpersonal / presentation skills • Experience in managing budgets, revenue proposals and forecasting results • Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate the team to achieve high level of performance and exceed targets • Responsible self-starter, capable of handling multi-faced projects and of working under pressure • Proactive and innovative problem solver • Proficiency in MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint • Team player, who values teamwork, has good team building skills and is able to communicate effectively with all levels of employees • Able to work on flexible shifts including overnight, weekends and holidays on rotation basis • Fluent in English • Ability to speak Cantonese or Mandarin is an advantage |
