| Job Duties: | • Develop and/or maintain project schedules, including all administrative tasks and sites involved in the project. • Coordinate activities and resources for projects that involve multiple departments or multiple projects. • Establish and retain effective communication between CSO and department directors. • Assist in planning and organizing various projects or events. • Provide document control ensuring proper signatures are obtained and protocols followed. • Maintain calendar for projects and regularly update CSO on status of projects. • Provide department directors and their team(s) with direction and/or support. • Monitor the timeline and resources for designated projects. • Prepares presentations including PowerPoint, meeting agendas, spreadsheets, and other materials as needed. • Report any problems involving projects. • Coordinate and attend meetings. • Answers, logs, and evaluates phone calls to the CSO. • Manage internal and external communications from the CSO to department directors and other staff. • Arrange travel plans and schedules. • Prepare and submit reports regularly. • Provide general office support, organizing and maintaining filing systems, copying and any other office tasks. • Assist CSO in hiring, train, and/or supervise staff when necessary • Adhere to all Company policies and procedures. • Perform other duties as assigned. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Associate’s Degree in Marketing or other business-related field. At least 3 years of continuous work experience in related field. o Excellent interpersonal and Communication skills. o Requires the ability to read, write, and speak the English language o Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; develops alternative solutions and uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics o Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism; treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position o Maintain a high level of integrity and confidentiality o Knowledge of and ability to appropriately interpret and follow policies and procedures o Knowledge of and ability to adhere to safety and security procedures; reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and materials properly o Ability to present and express ideas and information clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to audience, whether oral or written o Ability to meet the demands of the work schedule, to be at work and on time. May occasionally require the ability to work outside of regularly scheduled hours. Schedules may vary based on business need o Must be able to work independently or with a team o Proficient computer skills including e-mail, word process (Microsoft Word), spreadsheet (Microsoft Excel), database, PowerPoint, presentation and organizational/project planning software applications and Interaction. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as policy procedure manuals, and other related documents. Able to communicate effectively. |
