| Job Duties: | • Clean and tidy the Food & Beverage Outlets. • Monitor food supply in the Restaurant and arrange to have it replenished it when necessary. • Direct people traffic during peak hours to avoid overcrowding. • Replenish beverages and cutlery when necessary. • Know and understand menu items, products and services. • Greet guests in a warm, welcoming and courteous manner. • Address guests’ requests and handle complaints promptly and to their satisfaction. • Inform management about guests’ comments. • Interact with Department and company team members, management, and contractors or professionally and positively. • Adhere to the company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct. • Remain well-mannered and well-groomed as per Department and Company standards at all times. • Follow health and safety standards and strive for constant improvement to avoid health and injury hazards. • Participate in the company recycling program and follow a strict discipline to reduce, re-use and recycle wherever possible. • Perform other related duties as assigned.• |

| Qualification Requirements: | • Must have Food & Beverage experience. • Primary school or above. • Ability to communicate with Asian / International customers. • Knowledge of POS Software is an advantage. • Customer service orientated and good communication and interpersonal skills. • Physically fit, well-groomed, excellent hygiene is an advantage. • Friendly and polite. • Team player who responds quickly to demands and thrives in a high pressure work environments. • Able to work on shifts and be flexible regarding work schedules according to business demands. |
