Job Title: Groundskeeper Industrial
Job Duties: To repair and maintain all hotel grounds and garden. To take care of all plants in the nursery including plants propagation. To maintain fresh supply of plants in hotel guest rooms. Everyday cleaning in all areas assigned by sweeping the yards, disposing of garbage, weeds cleaning and removing dry leafs. Plants watering during dry season, trimming of tree branches, removing of coconut fruits and dry leafs for safety, grass cutting using bush cutter or lawn mower, plants repair, plants replanting and planting, plants propagation using marcotting or cutting seedling methods, apply fertilizer when needed, check all indoor plants at least once a week and do watering, cleaning or replacing. Occasionally spray insecticides to plants, when needed. Do landscaping work in assigned areas. Install and repair garden perimeter fences. To assist other section where their assistance is crucial. To assist in setting up requirements for F&B or any hotel functions. Such requirements must not be confined to stages and backdrop set up but any other decorations requested as long as that jobs are within his legal means. To perform other duties as assigned.

Qualification Requirements: Must be at least a High School Graduate or GED equivalent. Trade School graduate in connection with gardening and landscaping is preferable. Must know how to maintain, repair, hotel grounds and gardens, including plants nursery using garden tools and equipments. Must know how to do plants propagation and grounds landscaping. Fluency in English language is preferable. Confident, well groomed and pleasant. Hardworking, and must be flexible at all times and a definite Team Player. U.S. Citizen preferred or Green Card holder.
