| Job Duties: | We are looking for individuals who are committed to the customers, colleagues and the store. Not only must you be passionate and knowledgeable, but your dedication and motivation to achieving both individual and store targets is imperative to your success in this role. Previous retail, hospitality or customer service experience is required along with an excellent understanding of luxury. A second language is beneficial but it is essential that you have excellent communication skills in Chinese (preferable since the store is in a tourist area) and some English, which is vital when connecting with clients and building relationships. Your role as a Sales Associate is not limited to assisting customers. You will also be required to help maintain the shop floor, assist with visual merchandising, stock management and replenishment. With the regular introduction of new products and services, a positive approach and willingness to learn and participate in regular trainings is required. You will play a key role in our success and will be able to develop your skills as you grow your career in Retail.
