Gives instructions in cooking personnel in fine points of cooking. cooks and carves meats and prepares dishes, such as sauces, during rush periods and for banquets and for other social functions. Assumes resposibility for kitchen in absence of sous chef and executive chef. And other related duties as assigned by management. |
