| Job Duties: | •Ensure the restaurant runs according to established operating procedures. •Manage the restaurant cost-effectively and efficiently within budget. •Develop and implement an innovative business strategy to maximize revenue and productivity. •Monitor consumption and maximize capacity of resources and equipment. •Suggest creative ideas and coordinate with kitchen to design menus and promotions enhancing the restaurant’s offering. •Oversee restaurant administration; prepare and present regular reports to management. •Provide solid information on F&B operations and service standard to VIP guests. -Deliver high quality products and services to every guest from both Asian & Western countries, for both Casino & Hotel areas of the Company. •Identify and anticipate customers’ needs and expectations. •Request feed backs and gather information about service performance. •Establish and monitor customer service goals. •Address guests’ requests and handle complaints promptly and to their satisfaction. •Provide feedbacks to guests’ recommendations and inform management. •Provide supervision, direction and leadership to the management team to achieve the department’s goals. •Delegate tasks fairly and equitably among the restaurant management team and promote team work. •Coach, motivate, counsel and evaluate management staff and encourage their participation in decision-making. •Identify and develop each team members’ individual strengths to maximize team performance •Conduct daily briefings and disseminate company information to the restaurant management team. •Monitor team members’ manners and grooming according to the company standards. •Design departmental training and write operating procedures; test and correct any deviations from service procedures swiftly through on the job training. •Assess service standards and arrange training sessions and refresher courses for management staff in coordination with the Food & Beverage Training Manager. •Monitor industry and market trends and propose adjustments to menus and wages accordingly. •Interact with department and team members, management, and contractors professionally and positively. •Encourage good relationships, promote team spirit, and ensure effective two-way and multicultural communications. •Adhere to the company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct. •Perform other related duties and projects as assigned. |

| Qualification Requirements: | •Minimum of 10 years of experience in food & beverage operations or hospitality industry, at least 5 years of which must be in a managerial position in a casino food & beverage department of a 5-star hotel and casino •Good command of both English & Chinese languages to interact with Asian & Western guests and communicate/manage employees of different levels of positions in the Company •Experience in high volume dining operation, with excellent product knowledge of Chinese & International cuisines and beverage •Secondary school or above; Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management is highly preferred •Proficiency in office software: Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, POS system and other job related software •Excellent leadership, management and supervisory abilities. •Customer service oriented, excellent communication and interpersonal skills •Self-motivated, organized, confident, friendly and polite •Team player who responds quickly to demands and thrives in a high pressure work environment. •Able to work on shifts and be flexible regarding work schedules according to business demands. |
