| Job Duties: | •Ensure the Operations according to established operating procedures. •Oversee the cost-effective and efficient operations. •Coordinate with respective department to provide bilingual menus. •Monitor the cleanliness and hygiene of all hardware, utensils and serving-ware. •Maintain inventory control and order equipment and supplies within budget. •Deliver high quality products and services to every guest. •Address guests’ requests and handle complaints promptly and to their satisfaction. •Provide feedback to team members’ recommendations. •Design departmental training and write operating procedures. •Schedule rosters and match manpower to business demands. •Delegate duties and tasks fairly and equitably among the staff. •Provide supervision, direction and leadership to service staff to achieve department goals. •Assist with staff hiring, coaching, motivating, counseling and evaluating personnel. •Conduct daily briefings and disseminate company information to staff. •Monitor staff members’ manners and grooming according to company standards. •Test and correct any deviations from service procedures swiftly through on the job training. •Arrange training sessions and refresher courses for staff in coordination with the F&B Training Manager. •Interact with the department and company team members, management, and contractors professionally and positively. •Encourage good relationships, promote team spirit, and ensure effective two-way and multicultural communications. •Adhere to the company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct. •Remain well-mannered and well-groomed as per department and company standards at all times. •Follow health and safety standards and strive for constant improvement to avoid health and injury hazards. •Perform other related duties as assigned. |

| Qualification Requirements: | •one or two years of experience in F&B operations in a 4 or 5 star hotel/resort, 2 years of which in a supervisory role in Casino/VIP F&B operations. •Secondary school graduate or above. •Ability to communicate in English, knowledge of Cantonese, Mandarin, Japanese and Korean. •Must have solid knowledge of Asian and International cuisines/beverage and related menus •Proficiency in office software: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, POS system and other job related software •Must have excellent leadership, management and supervisory abilities. •Customer service oriented, excellent communication and interpersonal skills. •Self-motivated, organized, confident, friendly and polite. •Team player who responds quickly to demands and thrives in high pressure work environments. •Able to work on shifts and be flexible regarding work schedules according to business demands. |
