Job Title: Housekeeping Manager
Job Duties: o Manage the daily activities of the Housekeeping department to include appropriate cleaning of all offices, concourses, seating areas, washrooms, restaurants, concession stands, suites, and all public spaces o Planning, organizing and directing team members to ensure the highest degree of guest satisfaction o Daily supervision of the housekeeping staff, including the day, event and post-event crews o Daily supervision of the grounds keeping staff, including the day, event and post-event crews o Purchase, re-order and maintain housekeeping supplies and inventory o Conduct pre-event inspections of all rooms, concourses, clubs, seating areas and public areas prior gate opening for every event held at the Arena o Recruit, schedule and train all new housekeeping staff members o Maintain the housekeeping budget, providing billing summaries and expenses for all pre and post events o Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and conduct3 o Knowledge of OSHA and safety standards within Housekeeping department o Determines and maintains the department work schedule used to notify staff of upcoming events and ensure proper preparation and staffing for each event o Ensures the proper maintenance of all equipment; makes arrangements for repair and/or replacement of used and damaged equipment. Records repair information in maintenance log o Manage daily systems use and management, cost controls and overall profitability, systems use and management, budgeting and forecasting, department management, policy and procedure implementation and enforcement and meeting participation and facilitation o Assist in monitoring and developing team member performance to include, but not limited to, providing supervision, conducting counseling and evaluations and delivering recognition and reward o Distributes keys and work assignments to staff o Addresses guest complaints regarding housekeeping services or equipment o Completes follow-up on vacant or occupied rooms o Takes control of lost and found items as appropriate o Performs all other duties as assigned

Qualification Requirements: o Completion of high school or basic education equivalency required. College degree preferred o Three or more years housekeeping supervisory experience in an upscale hotel and/or resort
