| Job Duties: | Maintains cleanliness of lobbies and public facilities. Promotes a positive image of the property to tenants. Addresses tenant requests and problems in a pleasant, honest, and friendly manner. Maintains the cleanliness of the lobby at all times and moves/arranges lobby furniture as necessary; Routinely and thoroughly cleans and maintains assigned restrooms and replenishes supplies in a neat orderly manner; Sweeps, Scrubs, waxes, mops and polishes floors in public areas; Cleans rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies in public areas; Empties trash receptacles in public areas; Full knowledge and understanding of company and department rules and regulations, policies, and procedures; Ensures that all cleaning materials, chemicals, and equipment are used per the manufacturer’s instructions; Reports any hazardous conditions or broken equipment immediately to management; Complies with established safety precautions when using equipment and supplies; Interacts with tenants and fellow employees in a professional and courteous manner; Performs other related duties as requested. |
