| Job Duties: | Responsible for scheduling, recording attendance, issuing reprimands and employee appraisals. Assist in the hiring process and new employee training. Communicate on a regular basis and reports any problem, when necessary to the Administrative Manager. Maintains and enforces departmental policies and procedures. Oversees the supervision of Tour Operators, which includes work allocation, training, and problem resolution. Evaluates performance and makes recommendations for personnel actions. Motivates employees to achieve peak productivity and performance. Verifies department and summary logs and assigns, as necessary, job duties to Tour Operators. Review and recommends updates for department policies and procedures. Contributes to a team effort and accomplishes related results as required. Attends and develops in all training sessions related to Hospitality offered by Best Sunshine International. Visits resorts to ascertain accommodation quality and suitability. Maintains service levels, contracts and costs. Collects, evaluates and responds (as appropriate) to customer feedback. Predicts profits or number of bookings. Prepares reports, upon request by the Administrative Manager, of pertinent Tour Operations data, such as—but not limited to—number of bookings, pricing information and projected profits. Performs any other related duties as assigned. Builds a team of dedicated, guest service-oriented tour operators. Responds to special requests, as well as guest complaints and inquiries in a calm, prompt, courteous manner. Facilitates the flow of information, by organizing and presiding over regularly scheduled departmental meetings and communicates projected data. Held accountable, to a high degree, for the accuracy and thoroughness of departmental records and reports. Collaborates with other departments on special events and/or promotions. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Graduate from High School with some college courses in the field of hospitality or related field. Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or related field is preferred. Two (2) or more years of Tour and Travel or casino sales experience with progressive supervisory experience required or an equivalent combination of education and experience |
