| Job Duties: | Overview and establish procedures to improve efficiency and quality control tin relation to ticketing activities. Set-up and monitor Auto Ticketing system as required. Operate daily procedures including ticket refunds, exchange of tickets and reissued tickets. Provide quotes, book and confirm internal staff and duty travel as required, GDS system use for Airlines, Hotels and Car hire. Establish and maintain a good working knowledge of Company internal systems. Maintain a working relationship with other areas of business, particularly with Air Operations, to continually improve processes and efficiencies in relation to ticketing. Ensure that all airfares and airline documentation is kept updated and that any tickets are issued at the most attractive commercial terms to the company. Keep updated of all IATA, BSP and any internal legal requirements in relation to the issuing of schedule and charter tickets. Responsible for foreign or domestic travel for individual or group, specific geographic area, airline charters or package tours. Other related duties, as assigned. |

| Qualification Requirements: | High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum three years of experience in customer service within travel industry. Detail-oriented, great work ethic, and ability to multi-task. Thrive in fast environment and experience with high volume inquiries. Must be able to read, write, and speak English. Knowledge in Mandarin and Korean is a plus. Must have key communication skills in order to maximize the effectiveness of internal and external customer service. Strong customer service with well-developed interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a team oriented environment as well as work individually Amadeus training certification required. Experienced Amadeus booking, ticketing, and invoicing agent and BSP procedures. Thorough knowledge of air and GDS practices. Operational knowledge of Global Max. Must have innovative and creative thinking. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
