Job Title: Senior Manager, IT Business Solutions
Job Duties: To be responsible for compiling, consolidation and documenting of business requirements from Business departments and lead the sourcing and procurement of application and system solutions from external vendors or the internal Application Services group to satisfy such requirements in a timely and cost effective manner. Also to assist in maintaining and supporting client nominated systems to ensure optimum efficiency and user confidence is achieved. To perform all duties in accordance with company approved policies and within the realm of the company vision, mission and values. • Supervise the different nominated systems teams in business requirement generation and solution procurement in accordance with business objectives. • Recommend the adoption of specific application and system solutions with strategies to best exploit the values may be realized. • Lead work teams consisting of members from different groups in the IT and user Departments to support the procurement and implementation of nominated systems projects. Identify and implement where appropriate new processes to improve qualify of business planning outcomes. Handle or report any unsolved issues to management in a timely manner. Maintain documentation/procedures, including Internal Control Manual, for systems and support functions. Ensuring policies and procedures are documented for systems and support functions. Develop, review and make appropriate recommendations on any IT internal process or software applications. Liaising with the relevant external organizations.

Qualification Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology Related Curriculum a minimum. Any Business Related or Technology Related certifications a plus. Work Experience: o Minimum twelve (12) years in I.T. business analysis and/or system development with at least 5 years in a supervisory / managerial role in a sizable enterprise or casino. Managing large IT projects, preferably in a large casino. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Good interpersonal and Communication skills. Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; develops alternative solutions and uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics. Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism; treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position. Knowledge of and ability to appropriately interpret and follow policies and procedures. Knowledge of and ability to adhere to safety and security procedures; reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and materials properly. Ability to present and express ideas and information clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to audience, whether oral or written. Ability to meet the demands of the work schedule, to be at work and on time. May occasionally require the ability to work outside of regularly scheduled hours. Schedules may vary based on business need. Must be able to work independently or with a team. Proficient computer skills including e-mail, word processing (Microsoft Word), spreadsheet (Microsoft Excel), database, PowerPoint, presentation and organizational/project planning software applications and Interaction. In-depth knowledge of casino operation and associated business processes. Extensive exposure in gaming industry technology and applications. Good understanding of frontline operations in a large casino. Extensive IT process development with awareness of compliance issues. Language skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as policy procedure manuals, and other related documents. Able to communicate effectively in English (Written/Spoken).
