| Job Duties: | To oversee the sourcing and development of new and enhanced Back-of-House (BOH) systems based on user Department business requirements collected, documented and reviewed. To ensure business requirements from user departments are satisfied by IT application system solutions and services procured and delivered on time and commercially justified, meeting operational performance levels agreed and able to bring in real business benefits to the company as a whole. To perform all duties in accordance with company approved policies and within the realm of the company vision, mission and values. Supervise and co-ordinate activities of peer group team members engaged in Back Of House projects. Define, document and verify with user Departments any business system requirements and transform such into technical specifications for sourcing from vendor or internally. Support user Departments in the development of business case for justification of acquisition of Gaming and related systems. Organize the participation of user Departments and IT team members in the evaluation of business applications and systems. Assist in the final User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of business applications and systems procured, working together with user Departments and the Quality Assurance team. Develop, review and make appropriate recommendations on any IT internal process or software applications. Perform team member performance evaluation. Handle or report any unsolved issues to management in a timely manner. Follow IT internal processes, policies and procedures. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology Related Curriculum a minimum. Any Business related or Technology related certifications are a plus. Work Experience: Minimum 8 years in I.T. system development/support or business analysis with at least 3 years in a supervisory / team leader role. Managing sizable in-house developed IT projects, preferably in a large casino. Managing sizable vendor supplied IT projects, preferably in a large casino. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Good interpersonal and Communication skills. Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; develops alternative solutions and uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics. Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism; treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position. Knowledge of and ability to appropriately interpret and follow policies and procedures. Knowledge of and ability to adhere to safety and security procedures; reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and materials properly. Ability to present and express ideas and information clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to audience, whether oral or written. Ability to meet the demands of the work schedule, to be at work and on time. May occasionally require the ability to work outside of regularly scheduled hours. Schedules may vary based on business need. Must be able to work independently or with a team. Proficient computer skills including e-mail, word processing (Microsoft Word), spreadsheet (Microsoft Excel), database, PowerPoint, presentation and organizational/project planning software applications and Interaction. Extensive knowledge of the Enterprise ERP or PMS/POS System desirable. Multiple years of experience in a large casino Department. Understanding of major departmental activities within a large casino hotel. Extensive knowledge of Patron Management and Event Planning. Language Skills:Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as policy procedure manuals, and other related documents. Able to communicate effectively in English (Written/Spoken). |
