| Job Duties: | Develops, organizes training programs for the Security Division. Coordinates activities relating to the protection, safeguarding and security of the company, its assets, employees and visitors. Assists in preparing reports related to security. Evaluates current procedures, practices and precedents for accomplishing activities and function relative to security. Develops alternative methods for security operation improvement. Reviews and updates the training programs. Prepares periodic budget estimate and reports. Develops preventative security programs, including the supervision of security personnel. Develops audit programs of the security division. Assists in preparation of emergency management and contingency planning. Initiates personnel actions such as recruitment, selections, transfers, promotions and discipline or dismissal measures. Develops the security policy, standards, guidelines and procedures. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Management or a Security related field is an advantage. Work Experience: Minimum 5 relevant years’ experience in a Hotel/Casino Security environment. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Good interpersonal and Communication skills. Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; develops alternative solutions and uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism; treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position. Knowledge of and ability to appropriately interpret and follow policies and procedures. Knowledge of and ability to adhere to safety and security procedures; reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and materials properly. Ability to present and express ideas and information clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to audience, whether oral or written. Ability to meet the demands of the work schedule, to be at work and on time. May occasionally require the ability to work outside of regularly scheduled hours. Schedules may vary based on business need. Must be able to work independently or with a team. Proficient computer skills including e-mail, word processing (Microsoft Word), spreadsheet (Microsoft Excel), database, PowerPoint, presentation and organizational/project planning software applications and Interaction. Excellent knowledge of communications protocols and radio systems. Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as policy procedure manuals, and other related documents. Able to communicate effectively in English (Written/Spoken). |
