| Job Duties: | Applies principles of accounting to analyze financial information and prepare financial reports. Compiles and analyzes financial information to prepare entries to book of accounts, such as general ledger accounts, documenting business transactions. Operate computers programmed with ACCPAC Accounting Software to record, store and analyze information. Classify, record and summarize numerical and financial data to compile and keep financial records using journal and ledgers or computers. Compiles statistical, financial, accounting or auditing reports and tables pertaining to such matters as cash receipts, expenditures, AP, AR and P&L. Competent and knowledgeable in monthly & quarterly tax computation and preparation ensuring compliance with regulations, payment, deadlines and other tax requirements. Responsible in checking time sheets, confirming of overtime request, tracking of employee’s vacation and sick leave and payroll processing for Saipan and PTC’s overseas branches. Review, verify, and reconcile contracts, invoices and vouchers to ensure accuracy and prepare reports to substantiate individual transactions prior to posting and settlement. Prepare analysis of accounts discrepancies and unpaid invoices when necessary. Comply with federal, state and company policies, procedures and regulations. Performs other accounting related duties assigned. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy. Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office, ACCPAC and other Accounting Program preferred. Preferably with 3 or more years general accounting work experience and knowledge of general accepted accounting practices and principles required. With good communication skills, trustworthy, honest, efficient, and dependable and able to work under minimum supervision. |
