Job Title: Vice President – Food & Beverage
Job Duties: •Maximize food and beverage sales by identifying and targeting sales opportunities through marketing including promotions and special events. •Performs and presents hospitality industry and market research to enable a smoother decision making process for CEO and top management •Lead through communication, administration and financial controls resulting in the provision of exceptional food quality, service and experiences at targeted profit levels. •Provide leadership and direction in developing the department’s budget, short and long-term objectives and strategic business plan. •Ensure excellence of food and beverage services by overseeing all aspects of multi-unit food service, dining and catering operations, including both Asian & International cuisines and beverage. •Communicate, direct and manage all employees of different positions both Asian and International, in food and beverage functions performed for both casino and hotel of the Company. •Assist in developing budgets, forecast, purchase specifications, operating equipment needs, develop menus, food production control, job descriptions and other department criteria and standards. •Analyze expenditure & revenue and also develop profit and loss statements accordingly for management. •Manage all food and beverage staff by recruiting, selecting, hiring, orienting, and training, assigning, scheduling, evaluating, supervising performance and carrying out disciplinary action as needed, in accordance with policies and applicable laws. •Ensure a pleasant dining experience in all outlets by collaborating with the Executive Chef in the creation of menus and menu pricing. •Actively manage to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction (both Asian & International guests) through analysis of customer feedback, performance metrics and improvement of processes •Ensure that the staff follows standard operating procedures for operational efficiency. •Conduct team meetings to discuss ongoing issues and recommendations. •Educate staff on policies and procedures for department safety and sanitation program based on department guidelines. •Investigate accidents and breakages within the department and recommend corrective actions. •Establish and enforce a standard for food and beverage quality. •Implement marketing strategies to increase sales and profitability. •Initiate and implement training of supervisors and hourly staff designed to provide the highest level of proficiency, efficiency, and confidence in the delivery of service to guests. •Analyze guests’ concerns and recommend corrective actions. •Provide outstanding customer service and ensure customer satisfaction. •Implement operational strategies to ensure quality and productivity. •Assist in inventory management and cost control activities while maintaining high quality. •Support and take leadership of all ad-hoc projects assigned from top management •Comprehend budgets, operating statements and payroll progress reports to be able to assist in the financial management department.

Qualification Requirements: •Degree holder or equivalent working experience •20 years or above experience in food and beverage operations or hospitality industry •8 to 10 years of experience in a senior management role in 5 star international hotels/resorts •Good command of both English & Chinese language to deal with Asian & International guests and communicate/manage employees of different level of positions in the Company • Pre-opening experience is required • Exceptional interpersonal and guest relation skills. •Excellent product knowledge of both Asian and International cuisines and beverages. •Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate the team to achieve high level of performance and exceed targets • Proficiency in office software: Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and other related software •Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines •Ability to develop relationships and communicate effectively across all levels of the Company
