Job Title: Information Technology Business Solutions Support - Non-Gaming
Job Duties: Develop, document and execute ongoing strategies to ensure nominated systems are reliably maintained and supported to meet business needs. Effectively manage the processing of development and support requests for nominated systems in a timely and effective manner in accordance with standard operating procedures. Perform impact analysis, feasibility study, possible solution recommendation and resource estimation on software projects. Assist with the architecture of new systems, R&D projects and new technology research. Design integration methodology of different software applications Maintain software configuration and change control. Maximize the up-time and performance of nominated systems to maintain user confidence. Ensure policies and procedures are documented for system and support functions. Assist to communicate with vendor and ensure the product meets the user and technical requirement. Provide support to in-house developed and third-party / outsourced applications as SME. Participation in the teams on-call roster to provide 24/7 support to nominated systems. Maintain corporate application repository (Service-Oriented Architecture/Websphere Service Registry and Repository).

Qualification Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology Related Curriculum or equivalent work experience. Bachelor’s degree in software engineering is a plus. Work Experience: Minimum 3 years in application and system development, 2 years in Application Analyst or System Analyst Experience with large company Synchronous Data Link Control processes. Real time system analysis exposure a plus. Certification: Microsoft Certified Solutions Experience (MCSE), Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer (MCSD), Microsoft Certified Application Developer (MCAD), Database Administrator (DBA), Cloud Application Performance Management (CAPM)/Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent a plus. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Good interpersonal and Communication skills. Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; develops alternative solutions and uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism; treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position Knowledge of and ability to appropriately interpret and follow policies and procedures Knowledge of and ability to adhere to safety and security procedures; reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and materials properly Ability to present and express ideas and information clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to audience, whether oral or written Ability to meet the demands of the work schedule, to be at work and on time. May occasionally require the ability to work outside of regularly scheduled hours. Schedules may vary based on business need Must be able to work independently or with a team Proficient computer skills including e-mail, word processing (Microsoft Word), spreadsheet (Microsoft Excel), database, PowerPoint, presentation. WEB application development based on Structured Query Language (SQL), Extreme Markup Language (XML) and Unified Modeling Language (UML) a plus. Enterprise application integration solution experiences a plus. Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as policy procedure manuals, and other related documents. Able to communicate effectively in English (Written/Spoken).
