| Job Duties: | Perform work involving the skills of two or more maintenance or craft occupations to keep machines, mechanical equipment, or the structure of an establishment in repair. Duties may involve pipe fitting; insulating; welding; machining; carpentry; masonry, repairing electrical or mechanical equipment; installing, aligning, and balancing new equipment; and repairing buildings, floors, or stairs. Applicant will be responsible for maintaining and servicing employer’s private home as well as rental properties owned by employer and employer’s family, employer’s office, contracted for residences and commercial spaces and commercial building area. |

| Qualification Requirements: | High school level, or an equivalent of at least 15 years of continued experience in maintenance and/or construction related trades. Must know how to operate a large variety of power equipment safely and in a non-destructive manner. Must be significantly skilled in masonry and carpentry and plumbing. Must arrive for work on time, all of the time. Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays, as required. Must be able to plan and execute repair and maintenance work in a self-contained environment. Must be able to read, and write basic English and speak and understand spoken English well. Able to converse in Tagalog or other non-English languages preferred. Additional requirements: All applicants must be of good health and good moral character, must be able to follow grooming standards, must have no criminal history and be able to provide current police and court clearance, must be able to obtain health certificate, to work lawfully in the CNMI, must have reliable transportation to and from the places of work, and must agree to a Upon PreEmployment drug test. |
