Job Title: Information Technology Business Solutions Support - Gaming
Job Duties: Partnering with Gaming Solution Manager, to develop and execute ongoing strategies to ensure Business Casino Systems are reliable and maintained to meet operation expectations Providing a stable systems environment for all Business Casino systems by identifying and rectifying potential concerns. Controlled processing of development and support requested for Business Casino systems in a timely and effective manner. Ensuring maximum up-time and performance of Business Casino systems to maintain user confidence. Ensuring policies and procedures are documented for systems and support functions. Liaising and communicating with the other functions and departments to ensure timely, effective and user friendly solutions are provided.

Qualification Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology Related Curriculum or equivalent experience. Work Experience: Minimum of four (4) years in IT technical development discipline with at least two (2) years’ experience in supporting Business Casino Systems, computing programmer is a plus. Relevant database and operating systems experience will be an advantage. Certification: Any Business Related or Technology Related certifications a plus Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) experience is a plus. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Good interpersonal and Communication skills. Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; develops alternative solutions and uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism; treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position Knowledge of and ability to appropriately interpret and follow policies and procedures Knowledge of and ability to adhere to safety and security procedures; reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and materials properly Ability to present and express ideas and information clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to audience, whether oral or written Ability to meet the demands of the work schedule, to be at work and on time. May occasionally require the ability to work outside of regularly scheduled hours. Schedules may vary based on business need Must be able to work independently or with a team Proficient computer skills including e-mail, word processing (Microsoft Word), spreadsheet (Microsoft Excel), database, PowerPoint, presentation. Rational Database administration management knowledge Data Modeling and BI knowledge Understand common business procedures and how they are facilitated using software IT internal processes, policies and procedures Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as policy procedure manuals, and other related documents. Able to communicate effectively in English (Written/Spoken).
