Job Title: Vice President - Information Technology Operations
Job Duties: Work under Corporate IT Management to develop Business Plan for the Garapan IT, to ensure Garapan IT business objectives and deliverables are met. Work closely with the Garapan property development and business operations to ensure the IT projects align completely with property site development, timing priorities, user department requirements and procurement practices. Oversee the work of the project managers and business analysts to ensure high quality, on-time completion of the deliverables. Determine priority of IT initiatives and requests from Garapan operation functional departments, assume overall responsibility to optimization of resource allocation and to ensure consistency in project management approach within team. Provide fiscal management of the projects within the capital and expense budgetary limits prescribed. Prepare and present executive briefings and make recommendations for executive action on Garapan IT projects, including detecting and removing issues and road blocks in order to move the team forward. Handle and report all projects status and any critical risks and issues in a timely manner. Lead work teams consisting of members from different groups in the IT and user departments effectively to support the implementation of system projects. Ensure compliance of IT systems and services delivered for Garapan with contractual requirements and service level agreements.

Qualification Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology Related Curriculum or equivalent work experience. Work Experience: Minimum 8 years in IT infrastructure sector and operation with at least 5 years in a management role Experience in enterprise scale of IT Infrastructure operations, preferably in a large casino or large enterprise Certification: Any Business Related or Technology Related certifications a plus Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Good interpersonal and Communication skills. Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; develops alternative solutions and uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism; treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position Knowledge of and ability to appropriately interpret and follow policies and procedures Knowledge of and ability to adhere to safety and security procedures; reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and materials properly Ability to present and express ideas and information clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to audience, whether oral or written Ability to meet the demands of the work schedule, to be at work and on time. May occasionally require the ability to work outside of regularly scheduled hours. Schedules may vary based on business need Must be able to work independently or with a team Proficient computer skills including e-mail, word processing (Microsoft Word), spreadsheet (Microsoft Excel), database, PowerPoint, presentation. Extensive knowledge of gaming industry IT operation environment desirable. Extensive exposure and good understanding of IT infrastructure and Operations support systems in a large casino environment. Extensive knowledge of Casino Management System design, maintenance & trouble shooting. IT compliance practices and operational processes in a large casino and/or enterprise Strategic organization planning and implementation Budget planning and control covering all aspects of IT projects with formal processes Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as policy procedure manuals, and other related documents. Able to communicate effectively in English (Written/Spoken).
