| Job Duties: | Plan and execute casino events to ensure acquisition and retention of high net worth customers. Create pro-formas, proposals, and strategies for all marketing initiatives including but not limited to dinner events, concerts, shows, promtoions, tournaments, and lucky draws. Assist Director of Loyalty Marketing and Casino Events & Promotions to carry out marketing startegies with planning of promtions, entertainment and other marketin projects as assigned. Develops theme, rundown, format and budget specifications for specific promotions Create and update SOPs for the department Manage casino events & promotions performance and customer activity reporting to address areas including target customers, ROI and profitability impact, response rate. Recomment adjustments reasonably. Manage relationships with internal & external stakeholders to coordinate delivery of effective casino events & promotions Manages staffing needs and ensure proper work schedules necessary to implement casino events & promotions. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Education: Bachelor degree in Casino Management/ Marketing/ Business Administration or related disciplines Work Experience: Three (3) or more years of experience in Events & Promotions and two (2) or more years in a supervisory role. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Good interpersonal and Communication skills. Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; develops alternative solutions and uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism; treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position Knowledge of and ability to appropriately interpret and follow policies and procedures Knowledge of and ability to adhere to safety and security procedures; reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and materials properly Ability to present and express ideas and information clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to audience, whether oral or written Ability to meet the demands of the work schedule, to be at work and on time. May occasionally require the ability to work outside of regularly scheduled hours. Schedules may vary based on business need Must be able to work independently or with a team Knowledge in managing pro-forma, budgeting, and financial reporting within the Events & Promtoions area Able to manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines Proven track-record working with various, cross-functional, internal and external groups to deliver meaningful results on time and on budget with limited direction Experience in MNC and multi cultural environment, understand Chinese markets Highly motivated, team builder, energetic, flexible, international mindset Proficent in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook Willing to travel Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as policy procedure manuals, and other related documents. Able to communicate effectively in English (Written/Spoken). Fluency in Mandarin and ability to communicate in Cantonese is preferred. |
