| Job Duties: | Assist Director of Loyalty Marketing and Casino Events & Promotions to execute loyalty marketing strategy to build loyalty program Design and manage communications plan focused on attracting, developing, and retaining customers Work closely with loyalty marketing analysts to establish metrics to measure campaign/ program success Understand and respond to the needs of customers and develop plans to attract them Design and deliver marketing campaigns that are data-driven and segment-focused with accountability for the effectiveness of the campaigns. Streamline and automate fulfillment processes for member enrolement, member benefits, campaign fulfillment, and program benefits Manage loyalty program performance and customer activity reporting to address areas including segmentation, ROI and profitability impact, benefits usage. Recommend adjustments to the program reasonably Manager relationships with internal & external stakeholders to coordinate delivery of effective program and campaign Manages staffing needs and ensure proper work schedules necessary to implement marketing campaigns |

| Qualification Requirements: | Education: Bachelor degree in Casino Management/ Marketing/ Business Administration or related disciplines. Work Experience: Three (3) or more years of experience in CRM or Loyalty Marketing, with at least two (2) or more years managerial level experience Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Good interpersonal and Communication skills. Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; develops alternative solutions and uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism; treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position Knowledge of and ability to appropriately interpret and follow policies and procedures Knowledge of and ability to adhere to safety and security procedures; reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and materials properly Ability to present and express ideas and information clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to audience, whether oral or written Ability to meet the demands of the work schedule, to be at work and on time. May occasionally require the ability to work outside of regularly scheduled hours. Schedules may vary based on business need Must be able to work independently or with a team Proficient computer skills including e-mail, word processing (Microsoft Word), spreadsheet (Microsoft Excel), database, PowerPoint, presentation. Familiar and skilled with CRM systems, IGT Patron Management or similar systems Analytical and can partically deliver loyalty marketing disciplines, familiar with customer segmentation and CRM strategies Proven track-record working with various, cross-functional, internal and external groups to deliver meaningful results on time and on budget with limited direction Experience in MNC and multi cultural environment, understand Chinese markets Highly motivated, team builder, energetic, flexible, international mindset Advanced level knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint presentation creation preferred. Willing to travel Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as policy procedure manuals, and other related documents. Able to communicate effectively in English (Written/Spoken). Fluency in Mandarin and ability to communicate in Cantonese is preferred. |
